Victor Personal Headphone Stereos feature Hyper-Bass Sound amplification, optimal ease of operation, and long-playing rechargeable batteries to allow you to experience the world to the accompaniment of truer music for a longer time than ever before!

Recording with the provided microphone 

Full Logic Recording with TEPEE can be done with the included one-point stereo microphone. Since you can choose from two types of microphone sensitivity; voice-centered recording such as meetings is in VOCAL mode. MUSIC mode is used for recording with a rich sense of presence (such as live music). You can enjoy a wide range of recordings in combination including our U-Turn auto-reverse recording.

Hyper-Bass Sound System with Maze-Duct System Headphone

Victor incorporates the "Hyper-Bass Sound System" in the amplifier circuits of the headphone stereos to boost low-range sound electrically. To strengthen the "Hyper-Bass Sound System" response even further, personal headphone stereos come with Maze-Duct System headphones which permit the listener to enjoy the low-range sound without bothering other people nearby. Victor's original Maze-Duct System employs a duct that is literally maze-like to amplify ultra-low frequencies more effectively.

Silent Full-Logic Mechanism

The full-logic mechanism used employs a single, low-voltage, coreless motor. Controlled by an IC (Integrated Circuit), it makes advanced features possible and greatly reduces the size and weight of the unit. These are lighter, more compact headphone stereo units with soft-touch operation buttons and advanced features.

 

Remote Control

Easy operation at hand even when the main unit is in a handbag or pocket. With the convenience of the clip-type remote control on the headphone cord, the user can adjust the volume, select the tape direction, and start or stop the tape.

Rechargeable Battery

Victor now has an improved energy-saving rechargeable battery that can be charged in two hours and used for three hours. When used together with an alkaline battery, the unit can work for an astonishing 14 hours of playback and 9.5 hours of continuous recording.

AM/FM/TV Tuner

The CX-R9 has a 3-Band tuner built-in for exceptional stereo reception. Now you can enjoy crystal clear broadcasting when listening to any TV Station in Japan over 1~12 Channels (VHF). so now you can enjoy your favorite TV shows anywhere. also, FM Reception can be enjoyed in stereo or mono.
