Convenient operation controls

Except for STOP, controls have all been located on top of the housing, so you can easily perform tape operation modes — including fast forward, rewind etc.— with the unit in the palm of your hand. 
AIWA also gives you the convenience of cue/review: that means you can advance or rewind the tape to search out the next tune (or the previous one) without having to switch from the PLAY mode.

Comfortable in-ear stereo headphones

So light you'll hardly know they're in place, the in-ear style stereo headphones (included as standard equipment) deliver amazing performance. High sensitivity drivers of samarium cobalt provide clear, dynamic sound without adding weight.

Long battery life

For longer use between battery changes, the HS-P05 gives up to 12 hours playback from two Alkaline "AAA" (SUM-4) penlight batteries. Connect the optional AC adapter and you can enjoy even more economical use from AC house current.
